Great Christmas stay

The accommodation was of a high standard , very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of crockery, utensils etc in the kitchen that helped make the stay enjoyable. The location was superb, right on the water and close to eating places and shops.

We had a lovely time over the weekend. The place was very clean and well appointed. Geat to have your own private Jetty and nice bit of sand to fish from. Tavern just a short walk - great menu

A wonderful holiday

We had a really nice time over a weekend. The property was well presented, clean and well appointed. The location is just outstanding within walking distance to the nearby tavern for dinner etc. Our only criticism is that the remotes for the fan/light combinations seem to have a logic issue with the lights turning on and off at random. We think that multiple remotes are on the same freq. Otherwise this was a great stay.

Loved the relaxed vibe with well equipped kitchen, beautifully appointed furniture and great outlook having our very own pontoon to safely secure our boat and step aboard to access the river minutes away and the tavern, by foot or by boat.

We stayed at The Unit 1 Moondance in Yamba for 1 week, the place was absolutely awesome, very clean and very equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Sitting outside having a BBQ and over looking the water was just amazing and very relaxing. Close to everything and the awesome water front Tavern just down the street was a great place to eat. We also caught the courtesy bus to the Tavern and the Bowling club in Yamba. We loved out stay and will definitely be coming back ..
