Unit was clean, spacious and comfortable with all the basics needed for a short stay. Nice and close to the beach and a short drive to town. Agent were excellent to deal with.

Good location and stay

Lovely apartment in a great location opposite the beach, however it’s not within walking distance of anything. A couple of minor cleanliness and general user issues that have been reported to the agent and will hopefully be rectified, ie dirty windows, dusty bathroom fans, just needing a good clean but this didn’t detract from our stay at all. Otherwise the pool was fantastic, and we’d come back again. It was very well equipped and had kitchen things like foil, cling wrap and olive oil.

What a fantastic stay my family had at Beach Break. Our spacious apartment over looked the lovely pool and included beach views from the main bedroom. It’s a minute stroll to Pippy beach, and a 15 min walk to the shopping street. The courtesy bus for the Yamba Bowling Club will organise a pick up and return which was very handy for going out to dinner. The apartment is super clean, spacious and has ample supplies including toiletries. I highly recommend this place for a great getaway!

Perfect family break

The apartment is just across from Pippi Beach with a view of the beach from the bedroom and the pool from the living room balcony. It is a big apartment with plenty of space for the family. We had a great time and hope to be back again.

The apartment was comfortable & suited our needs. The location was great opposite Pippi beach and only a 10minute walk into town for cafes, shops etc. Close enough to walk along the coast to lighthouse, other beaches, break wall.

This is a good unit in a quiet complex. It is well equipped except for not having air conditioning. The cleanliness was not adequate with very dirty internal windows.

We loved our stay at Breakers. The unit is lovely bright and airy. So good to be able to walk across the road to beach -easy access right there. The pool is fabulous too. Perfect for beach and water lovers.
